Who are Pause Studio?
We are a small team of video and art enthusiasts from London. Our mission is to create a forward-looking studio that empowers filmmakers & artists, helping to elevate music videos into an art-form.
By merging old school print techniques with new technologies, we produce quality yet affordable artworks which we hope will inspire a new generation of art collectors.

What is a Pause print?
Pause Studio produces premium, limited-edition prints featuring your favourite moments from music videos by the world's leading artists. You can choose signed Artist Editions, carefully selected by the artists, or select your favourite image directly from the video.
We painstakingly prepare every video so it's ready for printing and looks perfect when making the jump from screen to paper. Pause prints are created in the UK using the best digital printing techniques.
We use heavy-weight matte artist-grade papers, with the option of a custom frame, precision-made in Germany. Our papers and frames are of the same standard that you'll find in many of the world's best art galleries and museums. All orders are double or triple packed and shipped globally with full tracking.

With our unique editions, there’s just one print created from each frame of a video for each size, so nobody else in the world can own exactly the same print as you.
Each print also comes with a beautiful certificate of authenticity that you should keep as proof of ownership. This will have ‘Edition 1 of 1’ clearly stated.
Limited Runs
From time to time, we may release special limited-run editions (such as a set of 20 screen prints to mark a video's anniversary). These will be clearly outlined at the time of purchase.

Are the prints framed?
You can choose to purchase framed or unframed prints.
Our frames have been carefully selected to offer exceptional quality and value. They are hand-crafted in Germany with UV-blocking plexiglass to protect your artwork, as seen in many of the world's best art galleries. Framed prints arrive mounted and ready to hang as soon as they arrive. The frames are available in either high grade, matt black aluminium (using sustainable and partially recycled aluminium) or a naturally beautiful solid walnut (sourced from certified, sustainable forestry).
Unframed prints are shipped flat within a protective envelope and stiffener to keep them safe.
What are the dimensions of the prints? Prints are available in standard A2 or A3 sizes. This is to ensure you can easily find a suitable frame if you choose to purchase an unframed print.

How long does shipping take?
Custom prints, where you select your favourite moment using our player, are made to order here in the UK. We aim to ship all custom prints within 5 working days. Due to the bespoke nature of the artwork this may vary.
Artist Editions are held in stock and are ready to ship, usually within 2 days. Once shipped, approximate delivery times are:
UK: Next Day
We use DPD, which is a fully tracked service delivered on the next working day following dispatch to the majority of mainland UK households. You’ll receive a 1 hour window assigned on the day of delivery.
EU: 5 to 10 days
We use DHL Express for all EU countries. Please allow a full 10 days for delivery.
Rest of World: 7 to 14 days
We use DHL Express for all other countries. Please allow full 14 days for delivery.

Are artists involved in creating Pause prints?
Yes. We work very closely with record labels, artists and artists’ managers, who give their approval for us to work with their music videos. We love to engage artists in the creative process and ask them to hand-sign a special selection of prints from each video.
